KELLA was built by three women who went looking for a room like this and couldn't find one — so they built it themselves.
Built by the people who needed it first
Hannah, Caroline and Gina met at exactly the stage KELLA now exists for: senior enough that the easy support had run out, and still without anywhere structured to take the harder questions.
What started as an informal habit of comparing notes became KELLA — not another networking event, but an actual home for the kind of leadership no one fully prepares you for.
