Algarve, Portugal
Four days away from the pace of everyday leadership, in five-star luxury on the Algarve coast — hosted by Hannah, KELLA's CEO and Co-Founder.
Most leadership retreats pick one lane, all work or all wellness. This one blends both deliberately, a genuine mix of executive education and curated activities, built for exactly the reset you keep telling yourself you'll get to eventually. Come celebrate International Women's Day in style in 2027.
