At the heart of KELLA is a carefully vetted community of women in senior leadership, founders, executives, and portfolio career professionals who lead with the same weight of responsibility. A small percentage of applicants are accepted, because the depth of connection you're looking for only happens when everyone in the room is operating at the same level.
This is where the right people find each other, and where honesty replaces the small talk. It doesn't stop when the room empties, either. An active platform and a WhatsApp group are there when you need them, not another drain on your time.
